Our Pet Policy
- Cats and Dogs Allowed
- Maximum of 3 Pets per Home
- Monthly Pet Rent - $25 per Pet
- Non-Refundable Pet Fee - $300 Minimum
Breed Restrictions* - The following dog breeds (or any mix thereof) are not permitted: Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Chow Chows, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, St. Bernards, Wolf Hybrids, BullMastiffs, Huskies, Pit Bulls, German Shepherds, and any combination thereof.
